What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours prior to your booking starting time.
I Don't know if i'll get to the tour on time. Will they wait for me if i'm late?
Regular tours always leave on time and there is no tolerance. In case you don’t show up on time, you will be considered as no-show and not eligible for a refund. It is not possible to modify the starting time.
Regarding private tours, please contact us to yellowcabtttours@gmail.com 48h prior to your booking, if you would like a specific starting time.
i am alone, solo traveler, still can i join the tour?
Yes, we welcome all travelers, as long we have a available seat in our Group Tours.
do you come to pick me up from my hotel?
We do pick-up/drop-offs at hotels in center Lisbon. Outside of Lisbon city center, the pick-up requires confirmation.
Please make sure that you write the correct address of your hotel or accommodation pick-up process.
How big is the group?
Our tours use vans for small groups with up to 8 participants.
However, we can make customized trips for groups larger than 8 people. Please, send us your request to yellowcabtttours@gmail.com and we can send you a quote considering your needs.
do you have child seats?
Yes. Please, let us know before the activity the age of the children.
What languages do your tour guides speak?
Our Tour Guides can speak Portuguese, English, Spanish and some speak French.
Are tickets to museums/palaces included?
No. Tickets to Museums or Palaces are not included in the price.
We can help you by telling you the perfect time slot for you to buy the tickets, so that the tour can occur accordingly to the plan.
