Fátima

As a place of pilgrimage, Fátima attracts thousands of curious visitors, making it one of the most esteemed religious centers in the world. Here, you can attend the various masses that are celebrated daily, visit the imposing neoclassical basilica that rises in the center of the Sanctuary of Fátima, the Chapel of the Apparitions, the house of the three little shepherds and their tombs can be found inside.

 

Batalha

The village of Batalha, where you can visit Santa Maria da Vitória Monastery , better known as Batalha Monastery that was built in 1386 by D. João I of Portugal as a thank you to the Virgin Mary for the victory in the Aljubarrota Battle.

 

Nazaré

The jewels of the west coast: Nazaré, a picturesque fishing village, also known for the biggest waves in the world for surf lovers, São Martinho do Porto, where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful bays in Portugal and Foz do Arelho, well known for its beach of sea and Lagoon.

 

Óbidos

A picturesque medieval village built within the walls of a 12th century castle, and made up of a labyrinth of streets and whitewashed houses, typical flowered windows and Manueline porticoes that delight those who walk there, it is also here that you can taste the delicious and typical Óbidos “Ginjinha”.

Batalha

The village of Batalha, where you can visit Santa Maria da Vitória Monastery, classified as  World Heritage by UNESCO in 1983, better known as Batalha Monastery. Ordered in 1386 by D. João I of Portugal in gratitude to the Virgin Mary for the victory in the Aljubarrota Battle, the Batalha Monastery was built over two centuries and is a beautiful example of the Portuguese taken on Gothic architecture mingled with the Manueline style.


Nazaré

The jewels of the west coast: Nazaré, a picturesque fishing village, also known for the biggest waves in the world for surf lovers, as it was here that on 11-1-2011, North American surfer Garrett McNamara successfully faced a giant wave measuring 23 meters and 77 centimeters—the biggest wave in the world at the time.

To this day, the actual record is 28,57 meters and belongs to the German surfer Sebastian Steudtner. Every single season we have daredevils from all around the world to break the record!

São Martinho do Porto, where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful bays in Portugal and Foz do Arelho, well known for its beach of sea and Lagoon.

Óbidos

A picturesque medieval village built within the walls of a 17th century castle, and made up of a labyrinth of streets and whitewashed houses, typical flowered windows and Manueline gate that delight those who walk there, it is also here that you can taste the delicious and typical Óbidos “Ginjinha”. You can walk and feel all the romanticism of the place, as well as taste the famous “Ginjinha de Óbidos”, and enjoy the vibe of the 2015 UNESCO City of Literature.
