FAQ
How far ahead of time should I book my transfer?
Transfers must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
However, we appreciate bookings made earlier whenever possible, as it allows us to better prepare our vehicles and team to ensure the best service.
Are the prices final? Are there any extra charges?
Our prices are final and include all fees — tolls and legal insurances included.
Additional charges may apply only if the destination changes or if extra stops/hours are requested along the way.
What if I need to make a stop along the way?
Extra stops can be arranged in advance and may incur an additional fee.
Please mention this during booking.
How many people can travel in the vehicle?
We offer cars with 3 client seats and vans with 8 client seats.
All passengers — including small children, regardless of age — count toward this limit.
For larger groups, please reserve more than one vehicle.
How many suitcases can I take?
During the reservation process, please indicate the amount of luggage you plan to bring, along with the dimensions.
Service prices may vary accordingly.
Are child seats available?
When making your reservation, kindly inform us if child seats are required, as the size and type of seat will depend on the child’s age.
Will the driver speak English?
All our drivers speak English and Spanish, and many are fluent in other languages too.

Can I request a pickup from any location?
We cover many areas.
