Setúbal
Arrábida-Setúbal Tour starts with a walk along Luisa Todi Avenue, which is the most important avenue in Setúbal. Its name celebrates the artist and singer Luisa Todi, born in Setúbal in the 18th century. On the avenue, in the center, there is a beautiful, well-tended garden where you can walk around and see sculptures of local artists.
The Livramento Market, considered one of the best fish markets by Time Out Magazine and USA Today, is part of the original lifestyle of the city of Setúbal.
São Filipe Fortress, also known as São Filipe Castle, is a fortification located in Setúbal, classified as a national monument since 1933. It is located in the Arrábida Natural Park and is in a dominant position on a hill, opposite the city of Setúbal, overlooking the mouth of the Sado River and the Atlantic Ocean.
Arrábida
Passing through the Arrábida Hills, with their dreamlike landscapes and the famous beaches of Galapos and Galapinhos, nestled between Arrábida and the sea and known for being a piece of paradise on Earth, we head towards Azeitão, known for its artisanal cheese, regional confectionery, and pottery (tiles), made with traditional Portuguese techniques.
Here, you will visit a family-owned Tile Factory, where the artisans will present you the century-old techniques that they preserve.

Visit a Traditional Family-Run Tile Factory – Included!
Get a behind-the-scenes look at authentic Portuguese craftsmanship with a stop at a family-owned tile factory near Azeitão. Discover how these iconic tiles are made — from hand-molding to intricate painting — and meet the artisans keeping this centuries-old tradition alive.
Palmela
We will also stop in Palmela to visit the Palmela Castle, classified as a National Monument since 1910, which will provide us with a wonderful view of both the rivers that embrace Setúbal, Tejo and Sado.
After a fantastic day in our company, we’ll return, crossing the Vasco da Gama bridge, the longest in Europe. A cable-stayed bridge over the Tejo River estuary, in the greater Lisbon area, connecting the municipality of Alcochete to Lisbon, very close to Parque das Nações, where Expo 98 took place.
The suggestions are ours, but the decision is yours. Enjoy to the fullest this tour made for you and think of you.
