If you drive an hour from Lisbon to spend 2.5 hours in \u00d3bidos and then drive back, the ratio of travel to experience is unfavourable. If you add Nazar\u00e9 to the same day \u2014 approximately 35 km further north, another 2\u20133 hours of sea cliffs, beaches, and the funicular up to S\u00edtio \u2014 the drive pays for itself.
